從“我”到“我們”，意識的集體形塑命運共同體。 帶領大家共同推進的是“每個人心中的靈光”。
展翅飛翔找尋到生命中幸福的靈光，身上羽翼鱗片象徵每一個家庭成員同繁星閃娑斑斕，靈光一閃的的知識累積成為無限的能量，集結每一個人的知識同靈光碎片思緒。夥伴間共同冒險，從個體到集體思考同理心，相互理解與扶持以及找到共同價值，生氣勃勃的飛自由天空。現今2024年的時空中引領時代推進的力量，智慧靈光帶領不僅有過去的眷屬記憶，更是臺中市市民集體智慧促成的展望。
From the singular "I" to the collective "We," a shared consciousness forges a shared future. At the forefront of this transformative journey is The Inner Luminescence of Every Soul. In the pursuit of the profound joys of life, our wings unfurl, with each feather symbolizing a family member—shimmering like myriad stars in a cosmic dance. These sudden illumination and fleeting sparks of insight coalesce into a boundless reservoir of knowledge and energy. They gather like fragments of light, forming a mosaic of thoughts. In this shared quest, partners embark on mutual adventures, transitioning their own empathy to collective empathy. They cultivate understanding and solidarity, discovering common values, and together, they ascend into the expansive skies of possibility.
In the evolving landscape of 2024, this radiant force of wisdom is not merely a vessel for memories of times gone by but also a beacon of the collective intellect and aspirations of the citizens of Taichung City, charting the course toward a progressive future.

傳承：
作品中的靈片裝置代表著眾人智慧。與中港高中國中部美術班同學、台中市民合作的共創作品融入其中。參與的能量是集結共同意體，對於自我想望以及彼此之間的羈絆，從過去的記憶到未來的期盼連結。
個人記憶：
建構理想的夢想並非單一力量就能促成，在青年時期開始進行眷村文化園區的測繪工作，十幾年後回頭看這園區發展歷程緩緩地走向蛻變姿態，這些歷程都需要由眾多人的力量才能完成。
社會性：
創作中的中心思想，談論公共性的追求，個體到集體意識的理念。
社會層面來說，從個體到集體思考的同理心，相互理解與扶持以及找到共同價值，藉由集體的智慧才能慢慢推進。
藝術季的創作思考：
我作為一個創作者會是引言人如何建構一個共同的載體是由社會大眾所欣賞討論。不均值的色調下談論調和的美感，彼此之間的夢想都是社會縮影。在框架下的共同想像會是什麼，透過參與式創作凝聚共識，一場邀請盛宴與民眾間的關係即是交集或是鬆散的疏遠的連結。
